How these two met...
Nick and Sarah met when they had both moved back home to northwest Illinois area, Nick from Virginia and Sarah from Chicago. It was winter of 2008 that they met by fate at Georgio's in Crystal Lake, their favorite pizza restaurant. Sarah's cousin introduced them to each other and that evening it was nothing more than just a friendship beginning.
Nick and Sarah always ran into each other from then on, but both always told each other,"We will never see each other ever again, but it was good to see you." Never exchanged numbers. Finally after numerous run ins, they exchanged their numbers but both agreed they would probably never use them.
The following week, Nick had texted Sarah asking her if she wanted to go and grab pizza and game of bags at Georgio's one night, of course she accepted. Nick was still unsure and last minute did not want to consider it a "official" date so they went out just as friends do. Afterwards Nick texted her saying that it could have been considered a date, and that he thought he was beginning to truly like her after another enjoyable evening together.
A few days later Nick took Sarah out on an "official" date to New China their ultimate favorite Chinese restaurant, where they sipped on Mrs. Gee's famous Mai Tai's and ate egg rolls with their favorite dishes (with a few interruptions of Mrs. Gee flirting with her boy Nick, haha).
After 5 years of growing as a couple, moving across country and back, experiencing thick and thin along the way, they are finally tying the knot this year Friday September 13th, 2013 to begin a new life long journey together!
